Acceptance and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Ezwin and all related services (the Service). By accessing the Ezwin Website, opening an Ezwin Account or engaging in any activity on the Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Definitions

In these Terms the following terms have the meanings set out below. Ezwin means the operator of the Service. Account means a customer account opened with Ezwin for bona fide transactions. Services means the gambling and betting services offered by Ezwin. Applicable Laws means all laws, regulations and directives applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Account Registration and Ownership

Opening an Ezwin Account is a prerequisite to use the Service. You must provide accurate personal information and update it promptly if it changes. You may hold only one Ezwin Account. Ezwin may suspend or close an account formed by duplicate or misleading information, and may void bonuses or reverse deposits associated with such accounts. You must not permit any other person to use your Account. If you request a new Account after an earlier one was closed, Ezwin may require re verification and may deny or restrict the new registration.

Personal Data and Privacy

Ezwin collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Data Protection Laws. By registering, you consent to such processing for purposes including identity verification, anti fraud measures, and the administration of your Account. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal data may be transferred to affiliates, service providers and other third parties for the purposes of providing the Service, subject to safeguards and applicable law.

Security and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Access Information, including your username and password. Ezwin shall not be liable for bets placed or payments made using your Access Information where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect it. If you suspect that someone else knows your Access Information, you must immediately change it and contact Ezwin for assistance. Ezwin may include links to third party websites; Ezwin is not responsible for third party terms or privacy practices on those sites.

Prohibited Conduct and Compliance

You shall not engage in Prohibited Acts including cheating, collusion, use of automated software or bots, manipulation of the Service, or any activity that is unlawful or that Ezwin reasonably considers to be dishonest or fraudulent. Ezwin may monitor activity and take actions including suspending or closing your Account, forfeiting funds, and withholding winnings in relation to suspected Prohibited Acts or violations of these Terms. You acknowledge that Ezwin may apply technical and statistical controls to detect abnormal play patterns and may require additional information to confirm integrity.

Duplicate Accounts and Account Integrity

One natural person may hold a single Account. Ezwin reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void bonuses and winnings associated with duplicates, or merge Accounts at its discretion. If a Duplicate Account exists, Ezwin may offset amounts owed to you against bonuses or funds in other Accounts or restrict activity until resolution.

Financial Transactions and Anti Money Laundering

All funds held in your Ezwin Account are kept in a segregated client account and do not accrue interest unless required by law. Ezwin may perform anti money laundering and other security checks on any transaction and may suspend, refuse or reverse deposits or withdrawals pending completion of such checks. You must not fund the Service with proceeds of crime. Ezwin may require documentation to verify identity, ownership of payment methods and source of funds. Ezwin may offset or reclaim funds in accordance with these Terms in cases of invalid or fraudulent activity.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification procedures and transaction limits as required by law and Ezwin policies. You may be required to provide documentation such as a government issued ID, proof of address and a payment method ownership verification prior to processing payments. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is completed. Ezwin reserves the right to charge or deduct applicable taxes or fees where permitted by law.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions and bonuses are governed by separate Promotional Terms. Ezwin may impose wagering requirements, time limits, maximum bet restrictions and other conditions on bonuses. If you do not meet the applicable requirements, Ezwin may forfeit the bonus and related winnings. In the event of any conflict, the Promotional Terms shall prevail over these Terms to the extent of the inconsistency.

Dormant Accounts and Inactivity

Accounts with no activity for a defined period may be classified as dormant. Ezwin may impose restrictions, request updated information, or close dormant Accounts in accordance with Applicable Laws and these Terms. Ezwin will attempt to provide notice before taking such action where feasible.

Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Ezwin Account by submitting a written request to Ezwin. Before closure, you must withdraw all available funds or arrange a transfer in accordance with Ezwin procedures. Ezwin may suspend or close an Account for breach of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, risk management concerns or at its sole discretion. Upon closure, all balances, bonuses and prizes may be forfeited except as required to complete lawful obligations. If you wish to resume play, you will typically need to open a new Account under these Terms as amended from time to time. Ezwin may conduct Background Checks in accordance with law prior to finalizing closure.

Responsible Gaming and Time Out

Ezwin provides Responsible Gaming measures including Time Out and Self Exclusion options. You may set deposit limits and exclude yourself for a defined period via the Account Settings. If Ezwin determines that gaming may cause financial or personal difficulties, it may tighten controls or close your Account. Time Out and Self Exclusion do not release you from obligations under these Terms or prevent withdrawal of available funds subject to verification.

Compliance with Law and Territorial Restrictions

You acknowledge that gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that accessing the Service from jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited may be unlawful. Ezwin reserves the right to restrict or block access from restricted territories and to update the list of restrictions without notice. It is your obligation to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to you and to ensure that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Ezwin may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Website or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes takes effect will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you may close your Account and stop using the Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and the relationship between you and Ezwin are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ezwin holds its gaming license and conducts its operations. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, or as otherwise agreed by the parties or under applicable arbitration rules chosen by Ezwin.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezwin excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the Service. Ezwin's total liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount of funds you have paid to Ezwin in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Entire Agreement, Severability and Waiver

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Promotional Terms that apply to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ezwin regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by Ezwin to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
